Dr. Matthew Green, DO
Dr. Green grew up in Oklahoma. He attended medical school at Oklahoma State University and completed a family medicine residency at Cox in Springfield, MO. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He has taken care of families in Southwest Missouri for almost twenty years. His interests include spending time with his wife, two sons, and daughter, being involved in his church, golfing, hunting, and traveling.
Taylor Baswell, NP-C
Taylor grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She graduated with her BSN from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. She has worked in cardiology and medical intensive care units for almost ten years at most hospitals in this area prior to becoming accredited as a Nurse Practitioner in 2015. Since then she has specialized further in ICU care, family practice, and Nephrology. She is passionate about treating patients instead of just diseases and is always seeking to provide competent, holistic, and well-informed care for her patients.
Her favorite ways to spend time include time with her family, friends, and her two dogs Sophie and Koby, traveling, kayaking or almost anything on the water or outdoors, volunteering at church and in her community, medical mission trips to the far corners of the world, gardening, trying new things, and a healthy dose of competitive yard games with the likelihood of some friendly trash talking involved.
Sara Kemper PA-C
Sara grew up in Southwest Missouri. She completed her undergraduate degree at Southwest Baptist University and her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at Missouri State University. She is board-certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She has over 17 years of experience including hospital medicine, urgent care, and family practice.
Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. They enjoy exploring the outdoors by camping, fishing, canoeing or kayaking.
Rachel Hurst PA-C
Rachel is a native of Springfield, MO. She attended Drury University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Chemistry. She then attended Missouri State University where she earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She is board-certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She has professional experience in neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, hospital medicine, and clinical research. Her interests include spending time with her husband and two sons, running, church, and being outdoors.
